2007年国际“世界结核病日”（3.24）口号为“TBanywhereisTBeverywhere”，意为：只要一处出现结核病的流行，如果没有获得有效地控制，就会向其他的地方蔓延开来。结合我国实情，并与该国际主题相呼应，2007年我国3.24宣传主题定为“结核流行广泛，控制从我做起”。

2007年3.24世界结核病日主题“结核流行广泛，控制从我做起”着重强调尽管结核病是可以预防和治愈的疾病，但是目前仍处在紧急状态之中。这个主题反映了在结核病控制、监测、研究和开发以及结核病和艾滋病双重感染方面的长期投入不足。

为了应对全球结核病疫情威胁带来的严峻挑战，目前迫切需要推动全球遏制结核病规划（2006-2015）的充分资金投入，并积极实施全球遏制结核病的战略。当前遏制结核病需要各国政府和捐助团体共同履行责任，并且各国的决策者也应该和受到结核病疫情影响的人群和地区一起抗击结核。

通过政府、多边组织、基金会、企业和个人广泛的、及时的、慷慨的投入，我们有能力遏制结核病。

TheGlobalPlantoStopTB-iffullyfunded-providestheworkplanforfightingTB.TheGlobalPlanoutlineshowTBmortalityandprevalencecouldbecutinhalfby2015andTBeliminatedby2050.WithatotalcostofUS$56billion,afundinggapofatleastUS$31billionstillexists,includingUS$22billionforimplementationandUS$9billionfortheresearchanddevelopmentofnewtools.

DonorcountriesoutsideoftheG8mustincreasecontributionstotheStopTBPartnershiptechnicalpartnersforassistancetoendemiccountriesandtotheGlobalFundforAIDS,TuberculosisandMalariawhichcurrentlyprovidestwo-thirdsofexternalfundingforTB.

八国集团以外的其他捐助国应该为遏制结核病合作伙伴的技术合作者增加经费捐助，为结核病高负担国家和全球基金提供援助，目前全球基金主要覆盖艾滋病、结核病和疟疾，其中它三分之二的资金用于结核病防治。

XDR-TB:

Drug-resistantTBposesagraveglobalpublichealththreat,especiallyinpopulationswithhighratesofHIV.XDR-TBrequiresanimmediateandurgentglobalandcountryresponsetoensureTBcontrolisstrengthened.

超级耐药结核：

耐药结核对全球公共卫生造成严重威胁，特别是在艾滋病高流行的人群中。超级耐药结核需要全球各国采取及时的和紧迫的行动来加强结核病控制。
