理化实验操作技能、信息技术考试：实验考试内容为初中阶段物理、化学学科课程标准规定的学生应掌握并能独立完成的实验(其中物理20个，化学8个)，每名考生只做1个实验(通过抽签确定物理或化学);信息技术考试采用上机操作考试，题库自动组卷，学生答完网上提交，系统自动给分。理化实验考试考前十天内由市中招办书面通知各考点学校考试所需要的理化实验仪器、药品材料;考前1天将考试试题发放到各考点实验室，由各考点实验人员准备各试题所需要的实验仪器、药品材料。凡承担理化实验操作考试任务的考点学校，要按照通知要求配齐配足实验材料。

体育测试：按照《包头市2017年中考体质测试工作方案》(见附件2)规定，现场电子测试，现场给分(具体计分办法参照2016年标准执行)。免试考生名单及相关证明材料需由各旗县区教育局体卫艺科汇总后，于4月14日前报市教育局体卫艺科审核，并于4月24日—28日在包头市教育政务网及包头教育在线微信平台进行公示(内容含考生姓名、准考证号、毕业学校、班级等)。公示无异议，由市教育局体卫艺科于5月5日前将花名册交付市教育考试中心统一登录成绩。

第二类：考查科目。

音乐、美术为考查科目，按照《包头市2017年中考艺术素质考查实施方案》(见附件3)，除试点旗县区外，其余由各初中学校组织。社会考生由所属旗县区教育局委托当地一所初中学校完成考查。考查以教育部规定的音乐、美术课程标准为依据，以初中阶段现行教材的教学内容为范围。考查成绩以A(优秀)B(良好)C(及格)D(不及格)等级评价方式呈现。市教育局体卫艺科汇总后于5月12日前将成绩交付市教育局基础教育科(内容含考生姓名、准考证号、毕业学校或社会考生、考查成绩等)。

6.体育测试

体育测试按照市教育局《包头市2017年中考体质测试工作方案》的有关通知精神执行，分值为30分，计入中考总分。考试时间为5月5日—20日。

(三)考务、评卷、成绩通知和试卷复查

1.考务、评卷和登分：考务、评卷和登分工作由市中招办考务组统一组织。继续实行中考网上阅卷，试题和答卷分离，考生均使用统一的答题纸进行答题，提高评卷质量和效率。

2.成绩通知：笔试成绩将于7月7日前公布并通知考生。信实考试成绩将于考试结束后三日内公布并通知考生。

3.试卷复查

(1)考生对自己中考笔试成绩有疑义的，可于成绩公布后的2个工作日内，在网上提出试卷复查申请，市中招办考务组于考生提出申请后的1个工作日内，通过网络将复查结果反馈给考生。

（一）秘书职业考核的内容以《秘书国家职业标准》和《秘书国家职业资格培训教程》为依据。

二、考核方式

（一）每一段考试的考卷装订为一本卷册：

1、第一段包括职业道德和基础业务素质两个部分，按先后顺序合并装订为一本卷册，考生使用一张答题卡作答。

3、第三段为涉外秘书所考核的英语部分，考生直接在卷册上回答。

（二）监考人员在第一段考试前5分钟发放二张答题卡并指导考生填写答题卡的基本信息；在其余各段考试前2分钟发放相应的卷册。

（三）监考人员在每段考试结束后统一收取卷册和答题卡。

（一）为便于操作和阅卷，职业道德部分的考核在试点期间直接采用满分为20分的试卷。

（一）评卷工作由省级鉴定中心组织实施。

（二）书面应答部分的试卷采用自动阅卷机自行阅卷，由省级鉴定中心组织，也可交由部鉴定中心统一阅卷。

（三）省级鉴定指导中心要做好卷册和答题卡的管理工作，评卷人员不得涂改答题卡和分数，考前不得向社会公布评分标准和标准答案。

（四）省级鉴定中心在考后20天内向部鉴定中心上报考试数据。

七、成绩计算

（一）各级秘书考试的整体及其中各组成部分均按满分的60%计算及格分数线，有一项不及格即视为秘书总成绩不及格。

（二）总成绩不及格，且仅一项成绩不及格者，其合格成绩保留一年有效，保留期内可自愿申请参加一次不及格科目所在考试段的补考。

（三）证书成绩计算按理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩两部分折算，即五级、四级和三级秘书中的各项及格成绩相加÷2后的分数为理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩。秘书二级中的各项及格成绩相加÷3后的分数为理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩。涉外秘书的外语成绩单独计算。

八、涉外秘书

（一）2003年度涉外秘书的外语考试仅提供英语语种。

（二）考试方式

1、考试内容：以《涉外秘书英语培训教程》为依据。

2、考试时间：90分钟。

3、试卷分值：总分为100分，得60分及以上为及格。

（三）关于英语补考

1、2002年参加涉外秘书考试，英语考试不及格者，可参加今年上半年的英语考试进行补考。补考通过者，可获得相应等级秘书职业资格证书。

2、2002年参加涉外秘书考试，秘书考试不及格者，可参加今年上半年的秘书考试（原有考试模式）进行补考。补考通过者，可获得相应等级秘书职业资格证书。

附件2

秘书职业资格二级全国统一鉴定试点业绩评估办法

一、评估范围

（一）业绩评估范围以国家职业标准为依据，包括商务沟通、办公室管理、应用文书写作、会议、活动和差旅、档案和信息管理等五个职业功能模块。

（二）试点期间，考生可从上述五项中选取其中的四项参加考核。

二、评估技术

（一）业绩评估采取个人业绩实证的标准化评估技术，考生提供包括个人在实际工作中的业绩资料和第三方相关证明，评审专家组通过对考生的业绩实证的评估，验证其完成职业活动的综合能力水平。

（二）考生提供的个人业绩资料及其相应的第三方证明均采用由统一格式的标准化业绩收集技术，全面收集考生个人在实际工作中独立完成的文件、报告、设计方案、工作计划、研究成果以及制作好的音像或电子文档等资料。

（三）评审专家组采用结构化能力要素评估技术，对业绩实证中反映出的职业活动要素进行标准化评分，并结合第三方证明的内容，对考生职业活动中的能力水平进行全面测量。

三、业绩实证的提供

（一）考生按照标准化个人业绩资料要求，如实提供个人在实际工作过程中独立完成的各项职业活动的过程和结果。提交资料中包括音像或电子资料时，应附以文字说明其出处的背景情况。

（二）通过考生提供的第三方证明，应按照统一的要求，对考生提交的业绩成果的形成过程、实施效果以及考生的行为能力等内容进行客观评述，并签署第三方证明人的姓名及联系电话。

（三）上述个人业绩资料和第三方证明均采用标准化的《业绩评估手册》形式，在参加全国统一鉴定考核时提交。

四、业绩评估方法

（一）由至少三名评审专家组成评审小组，对业绩实证进行评估。

（二）个人业绩资料的主要评估内容：

1、按照统一的活动要素标准，检查是否满足规定的范围。

2、对照考生自述的背景情况，检查相应的内容与实际情况是否相匹配。

3、对照完成该项工作内容的能力要求标准，评审其能力水平。

（三）第三方证明的主要评估内容：

1、通过证明中有关考生完成某项具体工作的行为表现及实际效果的评述，对照完成该项工作内容的能力要求标准，补充评估考生在工作成果中难以表现的行为活动能力。

2、根据证明中有关考生完成具体活动的过程描述，以及考生自述成果的背景情况，验证其提交成果的真实性。

（四）评审完成后，评审小组将评审结果登入《业绩实证评审表》。

五、评估内容和分值比重

（一）对《业绩评估手册》中的四个模块内容进行评估，每个模块包括个人业绩资料和第三方证明二个部分。

（二）个人业绩资料的评估要包括背景描述、范围要求、能力要求三项；第三方证明要包括证明人背景情况、内容二项。

（三）每个模块评估满分25分，四个模块满分100分。

（四）每个模块中的分值比重表如下：

（五）业绩评估的成绩分“合格”与“不合格”两档，四个模块的成绩相加达到60分以上为“合格”。

（六）评审时，发现考生提交的业绩实证经核实确有虚假成分，则评审小组有权不予评审。

（七）业绩评估成绩不合格的考生，允许在下一次统考时重新提交新的业绩实证参加补考。业绩评估成绩合格而秘书考试总成绩不合格，且仅一项成绩不合格者，按照附件1中第七项成绩计算中的有关要求执行。

六、成绩统计与上报

（一）由省级鉴定指导中心组织评审小组对考生提交的《业绩评估手册》及相关证据，进行统一评估，并对评估成绩进行登记汇总。

（二）各省级鉴定指导中心要按照全国统一鉴定工作的管理要求，及时对成绩汇总统计和质量分析情况，通过统考信息管理系统一同上报部职业技能鉴定中心。

七、质量控制要求

（一）各级管理部门应加强对评审工作的抽样检查，发现考生提交虚假的《业绩评估手册》，将取消其参加职业技能鉴定的资格。

（二）各级管理部门应加强对考生提交的《业绩评估手册》的管理，评审专家组不得对考生的提交的《业绩评估手册》中的内容进行涂写删改；不得事先向社会公布评分标准和标准答案。

（三）每次考生提交的《业绩评估手册》，由各省级职业技能鉴定指导中心负责评审的部门保存。保存期为2年。
