一、单词是学习语法的基础

三、语法的学习要善于总结

在英语语法学习过程中,并不是所有的知识都是根据一定的规律来表现的,总是会有几个“特例”出现,干扰我们的记忆,使学生在考试中出错,所以教师应该通过对语法知识的讲授,发展学生对语法知识的归纳和总结能力。例如:当多个形容词作前置定语时,通常按照下列顺序排列:限定、描绘、大小、长短、高低、形状、年龄、新旧、老少、颜色、国籍、材料、类别等。学生还应该在课下多看英语电影,阅读英语杂志,积极地参加英语竞赛、英语角等活动,训练自己的英语口语和表达能力。

英语语法在初中英语教学中占据重要的地位,而初三学生面临中考,更要加大对语法知识的学习,教师应该深究教材,积极备课,多为学生创设条件督促学生打好基础知识,使在英语课堂上能够轻松活跃高质量地完成教学目标,学生应该在平时学习中在平时的语言交际中不断地丰富自己的英语知识,使自己能够正确地进行答题,以此在中考中取得好成绩。

When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to us because.it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

一、 学生学习英语信心不足的原因分析

1. 试题题量加大,学生基础不够扎实,综合运用能力尚未形成。

初三的试题是根据中考要求编写,题量大,覆盖面全,题型多。考查学生学习英语的综合能力,对学生的要求较高。学生由于平时学习过程中脱漏太多,容易顾此失彼。例如完形填空主要考查学生语法、词汇等的综合运用的能力,想把完形填空做得滴水不漏就非常难。阅读理解篇幅多,题材不同,且涉及到不同学科,涉及到不同地区的文化,学生有时难以把控。学生仅有阅读量和词汇量,但忽略具体语境有时也容易出错。例如短文填空:“When you h________ to leave home for school with little breakfast, your mother always feels worried about you at home.”许多学生想到“have to”,其实根据具体情境应该填“hurry”。因此即便学生在短时间内付出了努力,也不能就很快收到成效。

2. 测试过于频繁,屡次挫败后学生逐渐丧失信心。

英语能力的提高是长期累积的结果,学生的能力不可能在短短的一周或一个月内有明显的提升。分数始终在某个层面徘徊,是很自然的事情。多次的测试使学生更容易产生厌倦情绪,以至于怀疑自己的学习能力。面对老师的指责,家长的埋怨,学生的心理负担加重,逐渐丧失信心。测试是对学生某一阶段学习情况的检测,它不是万能的。适度减少考试的次数,能缓解学生学习的焦虑情绪。

二、 帮助学生树立信心的应对策略

1. 耐心和爱心是学生的信心的源泉。

耐心和爱心是每个老师应具备的良好素质。每次练习或考试后,教师不要一味地以分数来论学生的长短,应帮助他们分析原因,找出解决问题的方法,制定切实可行的措施,因人施教,进行个别化的辅导和矫正。比如,教师常以词汇题来考查学生单词的掌握程度。“Smoking is one of the_________ (原因) of the heart disease.”。 “cause”作“原因、起因”解时是可数名词,后面常接of 短语。“one of”后的名词一般用复数。而“reason”常指根据事实、情况或产生的后果来推导出理由或道理,后面常接“for”短语。可学生往往缺少悟性,即便背会了单词,也不能活学活用。要知道,语言能力必须要经过大量的输入,在长期的听、说、读、写的过程中反复操练,才能形成语感和能力。因此,学生对学习英语的兴趣和热情,对学好英语的信心尤为重要,老师不能因为分数的不理想就对学生横加指责。

2. 运用多种评价方式,激发学生的学习兴趣。

美国学者埃克斯雷指出:“能够引起学生学习兴趣的方法就是最好的方法。”良好的动机和浓厚的兴趣是学生学习英语的不竭动力。

因此,教师在教学中要发挥个人魅力,让学生从被动接受变为主动参与,要采用幽默讲授、适时评价,适当奖励等方式来充分调动学生学习的激情。比如把课堂参与情况(发言、小组活动、小练习等)、读书背书情况、默写与作业完成情况、课外阅读情况、笔记整理情况都进行“score”,对学生学习过程中的态度、兴趣和参与努力的程度做出全面性的评价,并在学期末加以汇总,给以奖励。让评价贯穿学生语言学习的全过程,这样学生可以从各方面看到自己的进步,从而信心倍增,获得更大收获。

3. 把握时机,慷慨地赞赏。

心理学家的研究表明,人们是凭借别人对自己的反应做出自我判断的,他们的行为往往受他人期待的影响,而教师对学生的理解和期望将产生无可估量的作用。赞赏可以融洽师生感情,增强学生的信心,激发学生学习的热情。教师要多发掘学生的优点,看到学生的进步与成功,要给予热情的赞扬。面带微笑地说“Perfect!” “Excellent!”“Well done!”来对学生的行为做出及时的鼓励和肯定,其效果是显而易见的。有时一个手势、一个眼神也能给学生以动力。对于后进生更要鼓励他们开口,要适当降低难度,多给他们表现自我的机会,让他们体验成功的喜悦。只有我们充分相信学生时,学生才会相信自己,从而激发起冲天的干劲。

2021年初三英语个人总结

我将从以下几个方面来总结自己这一年的英语教学工作。

一、充分认识教材的特点,了解学生的特性。

这届学生用的是人教版的gofor.这套教材内容丰富,理念新颖,针对的是有一定英语基础的学生,同时这套教材营造了一个倾向本土化语言的环境。和以前的教材相比,gofor的起点比较高,单词的呈现比较多,而且难度梯度不明显,提倡“用到即学”,很多内容对于大多数学生理解起来是有难度的。而我们作为农村地区的学生本来基础就差,在这种情况下,我感觉上课难度比较大。所以在授课时我尽量使抽象的问题具体化、枯燥的问题趣味化,尽力采取多种方法去提高学生学习英语的兴趣。如多讲一些有关英美国家的(范本)文化知识、生活故事,把难记的知识点编成一段段朗朗上口又容易记忆的顺口溜,教唱几首英文歌曲等。

二、注重因材施教,准确把握难易度。

我们都知道,了解和分析学生情况,有针对性地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。在这套教材的设计中,可能经常会遇到这样的问题:在一节课上,既有大量的单词呈现,又有句子、篇章的理解,还会有语法的讲解,给人的感觉乱而无序。有的学生更有一种“丈二和尚摸不着头脑”的感觉。所以我在备课的时候,就会根据学生的实际情况把教材内容进行适当的改编、整理,每节课确定一个重点内容,对于那些难度较大的内容我先适当降低难度再逐步增加,这样学生更容易接受。

同时根据不同的班级学生的整体素质,性格特点等,我也采取了不同的策略。

三、认真完成各项常规教学环节,力求落到实处。

教师的教学活动是否能取得好的效果最主要还是体现在落实好常规教学环节上。这一年来,我仍然坚持认真备好每节课,做到备教材、备学生及备教参课辅资料三结合,总是以最充分的准备去完成每次教学任务。在教学活动中,我针对不同的教学内容采取不同的教学方法和教学手段,力争给学生呈现通俗易懂又趣味易记的教学内容。并能耐心细致地给学生做好辅导工作,详细地批改每份作业。坚持单元检测,及时发现并提醒学习出现问题的学生,帮助他们把成绩赶上来。

四、加强知识点的巩固和落实,分批对待不同的学生。

我们知道英语作为一种语言的特殊性,需要所学者反复记忆、背诵,不断巩固才能很好地掌握。所以我在每天上课前总会先给学生报听写,并当天批改后发给学生改正,第二天又听写,这样一个单元的内容学完,单词也能写上三到五遍以上,学生掌握的情况就比较好。我也有选择性地指导学生背一些课文、段落,或者叫学生把课文里精彩实用的句子抄到摘抄本上再背诵。对于一些听写背书不理想的学生,我会在课后让他们重新听写和背诵。

而英语学科的特殊性也会导致___现象的出现,但差生面扩大会严重影响班级的学风和班风。若是只用一个统一的标准去要求所有的学生,就会使那些基础较差的学生觉得自己永远也达不到要求而产生抵触情绪,甚至放弃这门学科。所以,我对于一些基础较差的学生适当地降低一定的标准,使他们感到通过自己的努力能够达到老师的要求,以此也能享受学习的快乐,增加自信,不至于过早地产生厌学情绪。

五、努力完成其他方面的工作。

在完成教学工作的同时,我还积极参加教研活动,并虚心向其他同事请教多媒体教学的方法,初步掌握了下载、制作课件并利用课件来辅助教学的教学手段。

总的来说,这一年的工作我取得了一定的进步,但也还有许多不足之处。在今后的工作中,我会更加严格地要求自己,争取___,___。
