Robotics is an academic journal covering all aspects of robotics, publishing original papers, technical reports, case studies, review papers and tutorials. The journal has a special focus on emerging methods and technologies that are able to connect theoretical research and applications and have significant potential for real-world applications.

The journal provides a forum for professionals, academics and engineers working in the field of robotics to share research findings and learn from each other's work. Topics suitable for publication include, but are not limited to, intelligent robotics, mechatronics and bionics, novel bioheuristic robotics, modeling, recognition and control of robotic systems, biomedical, rehabilitation and surgical robotics, exoskeletons, prosthetics and artificial organs, artificial intelligence in robotics, neural networks and fuzzy logic, multimodal human-computer interaction, wireless for robot navigation Sensor networks, multi-sensor data fusion and SLAM, etc.
