Current Allergy & Clinical Immunology is an academic journal focused on allergic reactions and clinical immunology that provides a platform for medical professionals, researchers, and students to gain an in-depth understanding of this field. The journal covers all aspects of allergy and immunology, including basic science research, epidemiological studies, clinical practice, diagnostic methods, treatment strategies, and preventive measures.

The journal has a special emphasis on research into the mechanisms, clinical manifestations and individual differences of allergic diseases, with the aim of improving the understanding of allergic diseases such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, drug allergies and allergic skin diseases. In addition, it focuses on immune-mediated diseases such as autoimmune diseases and immune deficiency states.
