Health Services Insights is an open access, international peer-reviewed journal focused on publishing high-quality research and review articles on health services with the aim of promoting improvement and innovation in health services. It covers a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, health policy, health care management, health economics, public health, health services research, health care quality improvement, patient safety, health care technology, access to health care services, and health service workforce issues.

As an interdisciplinary journal, researchers, healthcare professionals, policy makers and practitioners from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to submit their research findings. The journal pays special attention to research that can positively impact the delivery, organization, management, and policy of health services, as well as research that can improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.
