Comparative Legal History

Comparative Legal History is an international academic journal in law and history that provides researchers with a forum for comparative and historical law. The journal particularly encourages the use of comparative and transnational historical methods, including interdisciplinary research perspectives, to broaden our understanding of legal history. It not only focuses on Western legal traditions, but also explores other laws and customs on a global scale, including comparisons of different times and geographical spaces, as well as considerations of laws and other similar normative traditions.
