Nordic Studies on Alcohol and Drugs is a fully peer-reviewed, open access journal for social science research on alcohol and drugs, as well as other substances and behaviours, such as gambling, gaming, eating, and smoking.The journal covers a broad set of aspects on epidemiology, use, harm, prevention, policies, and practice. The articles are encouraged to involve a social or welfare political framing. Nordic research and comparative settings are of special interest, but the journal also welcomes contributions from other parts of the world with relevance from a Nordic perspective. The journal publishes articles in English, but also in Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish.
