教学目标

了解英语国家的风俗。孩子之间的一种非正式的邀请。如：邀请到家里做客或聚会等。一般采用口头或打电话的形式，以及聚会上的一些礼仪，礼貌用语等。

会正确应用这些话语：We’reready!That’sthebell.Whereiseveryone?Hereisyourpresent.Oh,thankyou.Thereisnotimetothink.Thankyou,everyone.Hereisyourbirthdaypresent.Ihopeyoulikeit.等。

以学生阅读、讨论和听录音为主。

教学步骤

Step1Revision

1．复习一些电话用语和邀请用语。

2．分小组讨论Pre-read的两个问题，以讨论第一个问题为主。然后让小组代表谈谈中国人过生日的习俗。可从两方面谈：主要活动和主要传统食品。

老师事先根据课文拟好一些问题，发给学生。以下问题可作参考。
